Svoboda & Williams Mediates Acquisition of Headquarters for Czech Communication Agency

“At the moment we register about 25 companies, which have contacted us about acquisition of commercial properties. They are interested in properties ranging from 500 sq.m. up to more than 15 000 sq.m. In most cases, companies are looking for office space, nevertheless, there are also companies from the health care and retail sector which inquire about other types of commercial space,” says Michael Hynšt, a member of the SWIM team (Svoboda Williams Investment Management), about the current trend.
