Located close to the Vltava River, this two-bedroom two-bathroom apartment is situated in a wonderful renovated turn of the last century building that is complete with a lift. The apartment features two bedrooms with custom-made wardrobes, a well-equipped open-plan kitchen and dining area, a spacious living area with a fireplace and double glass doors leading to a large terrace, one full marble bathroom with bathtub and bidet, plus one tile half bath. The apartment has high ceilings with exposed wooden beams and hardwood flooring throughout.

Bustling Area
The apartment is located a block from Karlovo Namesti, a transport center with trams and a metro station. The center of Old Town is a 15-minute walk from the apartment and only one tram stop away from Karlovo Namesti, while it is a mere 10-minute walk to Wenceslas Square in the center of New Town.
