I would like to express my satisfaction with the services provided by Svoboda & Williams. My wife and I wanted to move, however, we hadn’t the least idea how to look for a new apartment that would fulfill our expectations, how to conclude a contract, how to arrange all formalities that are connected with the transfer of rights to an apartment, and mainly, how not to be cheated. I don't know much about the real estate market and can judge a house or an apartment only as a user. I don't know how to make deals and so it was clear from the beginning that I will be completely in the hands of a real estate agency and it would depend only on the agency whether it would be negotiating also in my interest or only in its own.
The Svoboda & Williams Company was recommended to me. I browsed its website and compared it to the websites of other real estate agencies. The difference was obvious at first sight. The websites of the majority of companies are colorful and obsequious, they lure with their graphics, which are more than often downright cheesy. Information is often incomplete, each item contains a different summary of information, photographs are often amateurish and do not say much, instead of showing the apartment as a whole they depict details that are not important for people interested in a particular apartment. Svoboda & Williams has a serious website both in its graphics and content. The information is rich in its content, all offers are structured in the same way and especially the photographs are appropriate, clear, of a professional quality and capture the significant features of an apartment. Based on the information offered on the website the client has a sufficiently accurate idea of an apartment in order to know, whether to continue or examine another offer.
After we made a selection from the online offer the Svoboda & Williams Company took over the
initiative. Then followed a viewing of the apartment, a draft of a lease contract, agreement on
payments and the takeover of the apartment itself. All negotiations, viewings, agreements, date
arrangements and the like were quick, matter-of-fact and without delay. The presentation of the
apartment was a pleasant experience thanks to the excellent communication skills and experience
displayed by the agent who helped us.
I found out that all my original concerns regarding the complex operation of acquiring an apartment
were unnecessary thanks to Svoboda & Williams. I am glad that I entrusted myself to the
company’s care.
