The small but varied menu at Šodó features dishes that are a celebration of the local tastes the owners and chefs have known and loved since their childhoods, mixed with some inspiration from travels. The name of the bistro, Šodó, comes from a vanilla custard dish that was a staple of local school cafeteria lunches.
