Make your children extremely happy and take them for a boat ride on the Vltava River anytime during the boating season from April till October. The boat rental places are usually open till late at night so you can also spend a beautiful romantic evening on a boat if you wish. To make your night ride even more romantic, boats for night rides are equipped with lanterns. Even though the river area where you are allowed to row or paddle is quite limited, this is compensated with stunning views of Prague sights. If the weather is sunny do not forget to use sunscreen before going on the boat and make sure your children wear hats. The boat rental establishments offer refreshments for all to enjoy, as well as life jackets for children and non-swimmers. Prices for rowboat rentals start at CZK 150 per hour.
