Svoboda & Williams Awarded prestigious Best Local Real Estate Agency for Second Year in a Row

Real estate agency Svoboda & Williams earned the Construction & Investment Journal Award for Best Local Real Estate Agency, one of the 13 categories, for the second year running.
The award is a sign of the trust that our clients, to whom we have been proudly offering complex realty services for over 19 years, have in us, and their satisfaction with our services. The gala event, which has been taking place annually for eleven years and is organized by the publisher of CIJ Journal, the Roberts Publishing Media Group, took place at the Marriott Hotel on November 22nd, 2012. The real estate agency Svoboda & Williams earned the award securing our place as Best Local Real Estate Agency, and repeating last year's victory. It was a pleasure to spend this festive evening in the company of colleagues and business partners.
As was the case in 2011, the auditing partner of the CIJ Awards was PwC. PwC similarly oversaw the on-line voting process, in which a single director or CEO of 160 companies involved in the real estate sector were invited to vote on all the project categories.
