S&W appointed to sell apartments in Copa Centrum Národní

Copa Centrum Národní will consist of six buildings and will be located in the immediate vicinity of the Národní třída metro station in Prague‘s center, next to the My department store. The center will offer not only commercial space to rent, but also luxurious apartments for more demanding clientele that will be sold by S&W. The sale of the apartments will begin in March this year. The complex will also include a square with a resting area with greenery, benches and garden restaurants. The construction of the complex began in the summer of 2012 and its completion is expected in the fall of 2014. The main benefit of the Copa Centrum Národní is mainly its location in the city center and excellent public transport accessibility. Visitors and tenants will also appreciate underground parking with the capacity of 250 spaces.
