Svoboda & Williams Welcomes New Team Members

Věra Urbanová, who graduated from the University of Finance and Administration with a degree in marketing and economics, is the new Property Department Manager. She previously held the same position in the Bohemian Estates International company, where she led a 12-member team and managed over 800 long-term and short-term rental properties.

Our new residential sales agents are Michal Prskavec, who graduated from the Law Faculty of the Charles University and has been working in real estate for the last 15 years, Kristina Georgiu, who gained work experience in New York where she worked as a Senior Designer for German Kitchen Center, and Jitka Laslofi, whose previous work experience was in HR and who has an economics and management degree. We welcomed Maria Sherstiuk, a graduate from the Faculty of Arts at the Charles University, to the position of administrative support in the sales department. Maria came to Svoboda & Williams from our sister company Offices Unlimited, where she was an office manager.

Sonja Liasovská, who recently graduated from the British Teesside University branch in Prague, joined the residential rentals team as a junior agent. Kateřina Mazúrová, who has experience in the tourism industry in Calgary where she received a degree in Business Administration, and Michaela Prchalová, who until recently worked as a receptionist for Svoboda & Williams and graduated from the Prague Conservatory in the field of acting, currently hold the same position.
Petr Jurza who joined the commercial leasing division, gained previous professional experience in this segment in Real Spektrum. Petra Šimoníková, whose previous experience was in Česká pojišťovna (Czech Insurance Company), where she worked in corporate and industrial insurance, is a new member of the Analytics Team.
