The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency has begun the sale of luxurious apartments in Rezidence Quadrio which is part of the Quadrio multifunctional complex. "We are excited that we can represent such a unique residential project, which will change the face of the center of the city and the way people view living at this place. Our agents are already registering interest in apartments in this project," said Prokop Svoboda, managing partner of Svoboda & Williams.
"Rezidence Quadrio represents one of the few new developments in Prague 1. There is a lack of space for similar projects in the center. These days people prefer modern architecture and comfort of new developments. If a building has on-site parking and a reception area and apartments offer glass walls, balconies and terraces, which Rezidence Quadrio provides, then it's almost a perfect example of housing in the center of the city," said Ing. Jan Mráz, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
The investor and developer of Rezidence Quadrio is the company CPI Národní, s.r.o., member of the CPI group and the leader in Czech real estate, which has been active in the area of development and property management since the 90's.
Rezidence Quadrio will offer 18 luxurious apartments with total areas of 44 to 181 m2, which are distinguished mainly by functional dispositions (two-bedroom and four-bedroom) and clean interior lines. Maisonette apartments with open ceilings to the second level will also be available. Top floor apartments will include roof-top terraces. Each unit has a terrace or a balcony and an underground parking space in the onsite garage.
The designer of the complex and interiors is the renowned Cigler Marani Architects studio. "The Rezidence Quadrio project is unique thanks to its maximum mixed-use which enriches this part of the city. The mixed-use complex was typical for cities in the past butrecently has changed into local monofunctionality, and that's why it's good that Rezidence Quadrio will follow the old tradition of mixed-use," doc. Ing. arch. Jakub Cígler from Cigler Marani Architects describes the project. "From the view of the architect, this project is a great challenge for finding such a solution which is adequate to the given context and at the same time will bring a definite view of this place, which is seen as some kind of "scar" after the construction of the metro. Rezidence Quadrio is also exceptional in the sense that it brings a new form of functional passage into the location which is very typical for the center of Prague," added Jakub Cígler.
A big attraction of Rezidence Quadrio is the underground parking garage that boasts 250 spaces. Part of the whole complex will also feature first-rate offices, a shopping mall, and a courtyard square adorned with greenery, benches, and garden restaurants.
The owners and users will also appreciate the location of thedeveloping modern apartments. Rezidence Quadrio is situated in the center of Prague on the border of the Old and New Town, between the streets of Spálená and Vladislavova. Within walking distance are the National Theater on the Vltava embankment and the commercial avenue of Na Příkopě. Tram lines are directly in front of Rezidence Quadrio and the Národní třída metro station is situated inside the commercial part of the project.
