"Based on our clients' requests, we connected two apartments on the ground floor so a spacious apartment of more than 270 m2 was created," said Mgr. Linda Martynková, senior property consultant from Svoboda & Williams. "Other apartment units were not connected, but rather some adjustments were made and instead of the original 3 apartments, we created 2," added Linda Martynková.

"The Villa Verde project is unique mainly thanks to the fact that it's a villa house where there are only 6 units.
