Svoboda & Williams Offers a Unique Opportunity to Purchase an Apartment in the Heart of Transforming Ostrava

One of the most significant residential projects, the Nové Lauby apartment complex, is currently under construction in the center of Ostrava. Its aim is to continue the development of rental housing and revitalize Ostrava's historic core. This unique project is the result of the city's cooperation with the investor—Sdružení BBB Nové Lauby. Once completed, it will offer units for rent as well as for sale. The apartments that will be retained by the investor will be sold exclusively by the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency.

The city began preparing the Nové Lauby project in 2016. This March, archeological research on the construction site was completed and the city council signed a contract with the investor, Sdružení BBB Nové Lauby, whose members are the Bystroň Group, BBP Stavby, and the BAK construction company. "The Nové Lauby project provides us with a great opportunity to continue cultivating and developing the historic core of the city. Our experience thus far has made us aware that the demand for quality real estate in Ostrava is growing rapidly. We also see the excellent potential of the local development," states Michal Bystroň on behalf of Sdružení BBB Nové Lauby. "In recent years, Ostrava has embarked on a journey of fundamental change that will result in a modern metropolis full of architecturally unique projects. This is one of the reasons we believe that the apartments in the Nové Lauby project are a rare investment opportunity that has ever been offered before,” adds Eva Prašivková, Senior Property Consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
