The MyMozart project is being developed as a multifunctional building, which, in addition to 152 apartments, will also offer retail space on the ground floor and spacious non-residential premises for sale on the highest floor. This unit, perfectly suitable as a modern office, is now exclusively offered by Svoboda & Williams. Another advantage of the 200 sq. m. premises is the large 190 sq. m. rooftop terrace with wide-ranging views of Prague.

The premises will be sold in a state of shell&core, but can also be completed according the future owner’s wishes.
