West Flexi Offices Is Doubling Its Offer of Shared Offices

The Atelier SAD studio is once again the designer of the premises. Those interested can select from private or daily offices of varying sizes (from 9 to 96 sq. m.) or find a place to work in the coworking section. Fully equipped meeting rooms, focus rooms (more compact enclosed rooms for quick business meetings), and phone boxes for uninterrupted calls are also available. In total, West Flexi Offices currently offers 39 offices. Tenants today include famous companies such as SONY DADC Czech Republic, HOX RED, or the Selfness Institute, which allows clients access to their coaches and psychologists.

According to an analysis by the JLL consulting company, shared offices currently account for 2.7% of the available office space in Prague, but demand is still on the rise. "Tenants don't have to deal with building modifications or purchase furniture, and flexible lease terms or shared utility costs are now necessary requirements for some companies, yet traditional landlords tend not to offer these options," states Kateřina Burešová, Flexible Workspace Consultant at Svoboda & Williams. "Most of our tenants appreciate West Flexi Offices' excellent transport accessibility, ample parking spaces, and location right by a metro station, making it only 18 minutes to the center of Prague," adds Marie Kantorová, Office Manager of Offices Unlimited.
