Svoboda & Williams' commercial leasing team brokered the lease of 4,333 sq. m. of industrial space and 812 sq. m. of office space in a newly emerging logistics-industrial complex near Brno. Fischer automotive systems is the new tenant.
The automotive components manufacturer fischer automotive systems will assemble parts for vehicle interiors such as ventilation grilles, air-conditioning outlets, storage compartments, and other equipment to ensure order and comfort in motor vehicles.
The park in Holubice is designed as a multipurpose complex with the capability to adapt the space to individual company demands. "The client thought about building a space from scratch, but in the end decided to lease premises from GLP. It was necessary to make a few client-specific changes to the leased space in order to tailor it to the user's needs," says Jiří Čadek, Senior Consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
Construction of the modern logistics-industrial complex was launched by GLP last November. This sustainable, environmentally friendly park will offer a total of 70,000 sq. m. of space to the surrounding community. The complex will blend in with its environs and its landscaped grounds will serve as rest areas for employees. Photovoltaic panels will be installed on the roof, significantly contributing to reduced operating costs.
