The Shared West Flexi Offices Again Hosted a Breakfast

New and existing tenants were able to meet the entire team that runs West Flexi Offices in an informal setting. The invitation was also accepted by Tomáš Pribiš and Nina Kozáková, members of the board of directors of the Patria investment company, whose portfolio includes the Patria West Offices complex. Attendees of the breakfast, provided by Prague Catering, included representatives of companies that focus on commercial leasing such as CBRE, JLL, Cushman & Wakefield, and Patoma.

Together, the attendees toured West Flexi Offices on the fourth floor of the building and viewed artworks by renowned Czech artists such as Petr Písařík, Krištof Kintera, Jan Kaláb, Michal Cimala, and Prokop Bartoníček, who personally guided them through his creative process and told them about how the exhibited screen prints originated. "Art is a significant element in all of our flexible offices. The artworks adorn the shared spaces, but we can also furnish individual tenant offices with high-quality art," explains Marie Kantorová, Office Manager at Offices Unlimited, adding that some of the pieces also have an acoustic function along with an aesthetic one.

Participants of the breakfast could also view the currently available premises for long-term lease in the Patria West Offices complex accompanied by the Svoboda & Williams team. "As part of the exclusive mandate from the Patria investment company, right now we are offering three vacant units in the building from 63 to 537 sq. m. with the possibility of dividing them into sections,“ says Jaroslav Waldhauser, head of Svoboda & Williams' commercial leasing team. The Patria West Offices building includes a central reception, a glazed ground floor with restaurants and retail space, a fitness center, and underground garages. Extensive green areas and relaxation zones with water features are an added bonus.
