The Best Reception in Prague Is in myhive Flexi Offices

Compared to last year’s debut, the organizers broadened the competition by adding two new categories: “Cowork” and “Design.” In the Reception of the Year Cowork category, the first place went to myhive Flexi Offices, operated by Offices Unlimited. Deloitte CZ Services’s reception was best in quality premises and LeasePlan Czech Republic was this year’s Reception of the Year. Kunsthalle Praha took home the jury award.

The event included a panel discussion, during which participants agreed that, despite the unstoppable progress of automation, customers enjoy interacting with a reception because of the friendly communication that its staff always provides.

"Our reception is the real heart, the alpha and omega of our shared offices. Tenants don’t just turn to us when they need something, but more often than not it’s when they don’t need anything at all and simply want to chat. Our receptionists are excellent listeners, they’re tactful, empathetic, but also practical. Above all, they have a natural interest in other people and build good interpersonal relationships,” says Marie Kantorová, Flexible Workspace Consultant at Offices Unlimited.

The premises of myhive Flexi Offices offer 36 fully serviced offices ranging in size from 11 sq. m. to 95 sq. m. Both separate offices and coworking space are available, and tenants can rent fully equipped meeting rooms. There is also a fitness room and dedicated bike parking spaces in the building.
