Svoboda & Williams' commercial leasing team has negotiated the lease of offices in one of Wenceslas Square's architectural landmarks. The new tenant is PrimeVigilance, a company that Svoboda & Williams has exclusively represented once before.
PrimeVigilance, a multinational company focusing on pharmacovigilance services, has been in business for 15 year and currently employs over 1,400 people in seven 7 offices worldwide. The company's Czech office was previously located in a building in Prague 4, outside of the city center.
"The company's management therefore decided to move its corporate headquarters to a prestigious address on Wenceslas Square," says Petra Schinkmannová from Svoboda & Williams, who represented the client during the entire relocation process. The multipurpose The Flow Building designed by the world-renowned Chapman Taylor architectural studio met all of the client's requirements for a premium workplace. In addition to the highest standards and excellent accessibility, they were impressed by the private rooftop terrace, ideal for the company's social events.
In line with the current trends in today's labor market, the company also decided to perfect its hybrid style of work. While maintaining the same number of employees, this has allowed it to reduce the size of the new office space.
"The fact that an operator of attractive shared offices is based in the building helped sway PrimeVigilance's decision since it will help PrimeVigilance effectively manage its work environment and lease the space that the company doesn't use every day whenever it needs to," explains Schinkmannová. According to Jaroslav Waldhauser, head of commercial leasing at Svoboda & Williams, this is a growing trend. "The presence of a flexible office operator generally adds to the attractiveness and improves the yield of the entire building,” adds Waldhauser.
