Kvin Residence: Premium Apartments With Parking at the Best Address in Brno

The residence will result from the complete reconstruction and completion of a historic apartment house that stands in a prime location: the heart of the Brno conservation area, yet on a quiet side street, surrounded by historic monuments and the city's vibrant cultural scene.

While the street-facing side of the building has preserved its original architectural style, the new courtyard side has large windows and terraces. Kvin Residence will welcome its first residents at the start of 2024.
