In the second quarter of 2023, the commercial property team of Svoboda & Williams' Brno office brokered transactions totalling nearly 1,000 sq. m. in volume. They helped Coca-Cola, the IT companies Arkance Systems or CAD-PRO, and the law firm Jelínek to find new headquarters in Brno.
The multinational holding ARKANCE is a global leader in digital services for construction and engineering. Its subsidiary, Arkance Systems, with 1,300 employees in 50 offices worldwide, specializes in the supply of software solutions for engineering projects. The company's Czech branch moved its offices into larger and more modern premises in August. The developers from Arkance Systems CZ found a 500 sq. m. facility in the Technology Park in Králově Pole."Clients were attracted by the excellent accessibility of the location with plenty of parking spaces, the modern building and its standards, as well as the nice surroundings and the city center's amenities," says Zdeněk Vojtek, regional director for Moravia at Svoboda & Williams.
Svoboda & Williams' commercial property team has also negotiated the lease of new office space for CAD-PRO, which will house its Brno-based designers in the Czechner Factory from December this year. "In July, the law firm AK Jelínek moved into elegant premises in the center of Brno, while for Coca-Cola HBC Česko a Slovensko we have negotiation the lease of space for their back office in Brno Business Park," adds Vojtek.
