Prospective buyers can choose between a four-bedroom family house with a 180 sq. m. floor area, or half of a semi-detached house with a two-bedroom or three-bedroom layout. Quality facilities with an emphasis on sustainability include recovery, photovoltaic panels, a security system, air-conditioning, vinyl floors, or electric underfloor heating. New owners can also opt for buying a house in a shell & core state and then completing it according to their own wishes.

Thanks to large-format sliding windows, the interiors of the houses will be flooded with natural light and optically connected to outside terraces or gardens. Future owners can relax by the pool, a welcome option in the summer months. “When planning the project, the developer wanted each of Residence Ptice’s residents to experience a high level of privacy, and so the houses are designed and positioned within the complex to make sure that neighbors can’t see into each other’s windows,” says Eva Grusová, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams.

Ptice is a small yet growing village west of Prague with complete civic amenities. It lies on the edge of the Křivoklátsko and Český kras protected landscape areas, and the surrounding beautiful countryside is full of nature trails and bike paths. An equestrian center with stables and a fishing pond are right in the village. The nearby highway allows for quick access to Prague and the airport, and suburban bus lines stop at the Zličín metro station.
