Svoboda & Williams Unveils a Model Rental House in a Modern Green Neighborhood in Prague 8

The Evergreen residential complex lies on the northwestern outskirts of Ďáblice. Offering an ideal home for those who want to be surrounded by soothing greenery, but retain easy access to Prague, the pleasant complex with a friendly atmosphere will include 35 rental houses with practical two-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts. “Rental properties constitute the final phase of Evergreen’s construction. It will add clients who require flexible options to the mix of residents,” says David Šimeček, head of residential rentals at Svoboda & Williams.

Ranging in size from 94 sq. m. to 130 sq. m., the homes offer plenty of room for residents’ unique individual needs, whether this means comfortable family living or sharing the space with roommates, the increasingly popular option of working from home, or hosting get-togethers. The new builds are rented unfurnished, but the price includes an outside parking space. The first 19 houses will be finished in January 2024, and the next 16 will be move-in ready in March 2024. “Though some of the houses are already occupied, prospective tenants can find interior design ideas in the model house,” adds Šimeček.

Evergreen has come up with the ideal combination of city and country life. It’s being built on the edge of Old Ďáblice, which has maintained its historic character while offering excellent civic amenities and services. Quality international schools can be found nearby and the district is bordered by a forest with trails and barbeque areas. Quick access to the center of Prague is ensured by the bus stop a few steps from the complex with regular lines to the Ládví metro station. Driving to Holešovice takes only 15 minutes.
