ZORA Harrachov is bringing a new take on mountain housing—comfort, functionality, and esthetics come first. Two modern apartment houses will be built with utmost respect to the surrounding nature and local traditions. The result will be a harmonious complex with connecting paths and greenery all around.

All together, the buildings will offer 75 apartments with layouts from one-bedrooms to three-bedrooms (including the duplexes) and interiors designed to let in plenty of daylight and promote a feeling of openness. The common areas include a social room with a fully equipped kitchen and spacious ski storage room to safely store your sports equipment. The scheduled completion of the entire project is in the 3rd quarter of 2027. Currently, 32 units in Building A are for sale.

Harrachov is a town that blends tranquility, the magic of the mountains, and a wide range of activities in the fresh air. “The complex is amazingly located,” says Peter Drahokoupil, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams. “The reconstruction of the ski jumps will put Harrachov back on the map of prestigious international competitions as soon as 2026. Together with the Polish resort of Jakuszyce, home of the most modern biathlon center in Central Europe, the towns hope to host the Nordic World Ski Championships in 2031. This modernized ski area is a 2-hour drive from Prague. Due to its unique snowmaking system, it provides excellent conditions for skiing from December to April. This and all the other advantages increase the investment potential of the local properties,” states Drahokoupil.
