There are 2 telephone lines, satellite for TV, WI-FI Internet throughout the house and an automatic watering system in the garden. The house is a part of a home association with services provided by the community such as 24-hour security, camera system, maintenance of roads throughout the year, cable television, regular maintenance of the park areas, home security alarm service etc. Very pleasant setting, ideal for families. Community maintenance charges are paid as a monthly deposit of CZK 5000/month. Electricity, gas, Internet and phone are paid in addition according to usage. Available from July 2017.
