Historic building in center of Prague close to Old Town Square, high Baroque reconstruction designed by Giovanni Domenico Orsi fused two Gothic houses and was finished in year 1725. Only main street wing has been preserved from originally four-winged palace. At ground floors there are original vaults from early Baroque and first floor is decorated with early Baroque painted wood ceilings. Count Jindřich Kolowrat-Krakovsky rented Palace to National Theatre for symbolic amount of 1 CZK per year. Chamber stage of Kolowrat Theatre is located in attics of Palace. Reception and two restaurants are on ground floor.

The building is located on Na Přikopě Street, in the heart of the city center. The property has excellent access by public transport – metro stations Můstek (line A, B), Naměsti Republiky (line B) and several tram stops located close to the property. Within the immediate vicinity of the property there are many famous international finance institutions, law companies, shops, restaurants, etc.
