One of the tallest buildings in Brno offers office space for lease. This complex of two buildings is based on a competition design from January 1994. The foundation stone was laid on December 20th, 1994, with subsequent approval on October 9th, 1997. The building, with its 60 m height and 16 floors, is mainly administrative in function, the adjacent two-story retail arcade provides facilities for many companies offering mainly interior furnishings, services, and leisure activities (cafés, restaurants).

Location:
A good location in the southern center of Brno with easy access from the city center via the D1 highway (Prague, Olomouc), D2 (Bratislava), or R52 (Mikulov, Vienna). Sufficient parking spaces are provided in monitored underground garages or in an adjacent car park.
