Retail space for lease on the ground floor in the Patria West Offices (City West B1 building) building situated in a pleasant location in the western part of Prague. 

The premises are divided into three parts - shop, background and social areas. They are thermally and acoustically insulated, equipped with tiled floors and modern technologies. They have a central air exchange system (HVAC) with regulated cooling and heating, controlled by a MaR system. Location:
