A fresh interior with a spacious south terrace created by an architect is situated on the top floor of an architecturally significant house from the 1930s, located on a one-way street on the border of Vršovice and Vinohrady.

A very quiet apartment without direct neighbours, located on the 6th floor (accessible by elevator), consists of living space with a kitchen and glass sliding wall to the terrace, which is adjacent to the apartment across the south wall and is accessible from both bedrooms. The reconstruction of the apartment in 2013 was led by the architect Lenka Míková. There was created an original and practical space for a nice living. Facilities include a Sapeli soundproof door with original door knobs, handleless kitchen with a desk from the artificial stone, built-in furniture, quality sanitary ware (incl. WC soft-close mechanism), Turkish hand-pigmented bathroom tiles, loudspeaker in the living room, heated floors on the terrace, floor heating (to remove snow) and preparation for electric awning. Heating with floor convectors, heat is provided by a gas boiler room in the neighbouring house. The apartment comes with a large cellar.

The apartment is part of a list of historically protected apartment buildings built by the architect F. A. Libra in a purist style. There is plenty of landscaped greenery in the large courtyard. A few minutes' walk away is a kindergarten and an elementary school, as well as many shops, cafés and restaurants. From the nearby bus stop, there are links to all metro lines (e.g. Náměstí Míru 5 minutes, Florenc 14 minutes). There is also a tram stop within walking distance.
