The "Estancia Las Acacias" equestrian estate, 82 km from the town of Olivera, Argentina, has areas designated for agriculture plus a main house, and much more. It is suitable for a broad variety of uses (urban development, tourism & hotel services, leisure, recreation, social/corporate events).

Dating back to 1882, the main house (approx. 1,000 sq. m.) is in good condition and is spread out over three floors. The house features a living room, a dining room, 11 bedrooms (the majority being en suite w/ bathrooms) lounges, offices (some w/ bathrooms, one w/ a fireplace), a playroom, a bar, and more. There is also a swimming pool, a solarium, and an open barbeque area.

On the estate grounds, you will find a two-story chapel, a machinery shed, various workshops, a "party room" from 1889 in a former 1,000 sq. m. shearing shed with bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a grill. There is a training area for horses with 2 staff houses, a barn, pens, sheds, veterinary facilities, maternity facilities, saddle storage, etc. The grounds also feature a 1,200-meter airstrip.
The agricultural fields currently yield corn, soybeans, and wheat.
