The relaxation area with swimming pool, whirlpool, sauna, steam, massage room, entrance to the lower terrace and the outdoor paddling pool with heated water is located in the semi-basement with daylight access and with a view. In the basement, there is a boiler and utility rooms. The main entrance to the building is from the sunny terrace with unforgettable views of the mountain peaks and the Bošácká valley. Ground floor apartments have separate entrances located around the perimeter of the building and are equipped with a kitchen and fireplace. The largest apartment has an area of 50 m2. The floors are connected by an internal staircase.
The building from 1942 with a partial basement and a gable roof was originally used as a customs building, later as a recreational object for companies. The construction was continuously reconstructed and modernized, the last major change occurred in 2014, including the construction of the attic with apartments and social hall, insulation of the whole building, completion of wellness, replacement of windows, modification of outdoor areas and a new source of heating. The windows are plastic in golden oak decor, and large-format by the pool area. The doors are wooden smooth in steel and lining doorframe. On the floors, there are ceramic tiles and carpets. Stairs are oak. Heating is with an automatic boiler for coal; the backup boiler is wood gas. Hot water is from central storage. The building is in excellent construction and technical condition and is connected to the electricity and water supply. The sewer is drained into a septic tank. The building has its own drilled water well (150 m borehole) and a new wastewater treatment plant with Hellstein German technology. Parking is available in 2 parking lots with a total capacity of 30 cars.
Pension is situated in a quiet area in Mikulčina hill near the border with Slovakia. There are only deep forests, pastures and flowery meadows with rare orchids; the area is a part of UNESCO Biosphere Reserve. Hiking trails are leading directly around the guest house. Nearby is a ski resort with two new lifts. The place is easily accessible by an asphalt road and is set 4 km from the E50 main road exit. A bus stop is 750 meters away. Basic civic amenities (grocery, post office) are located 10 minutes by car.
