The estate consists of 2 separate, opposite buildings from 1919, originally serving as an archduke's gamekeeper's lodge. Both buildings require complete reconstruction. According to the zoning plan, the space is intended for commercial use, recreation, and housing. The house has gas and electricity, and water comes from a water well. A building permit has been issued for a new water supply connection. The windows offer uninterrupted views of the greenery and the nearby mountains, and you can observe kingfishers, trout, or otters by the river. A protected red yew tree grows in the garden, and in the corner of the garden is a monument commemorating the stay of the painter Josef Mánes.

In the village with a history dating back to the 12th century is a kindergarten and elementary school, a micro-brewery, a grocery store, a café, and a post office. The building is very accessible, there is a bus stop right next to the estate, and the village also has a railway connection to the surrounding towns. It is easy to connect by car to the E75 and D48 highways. The nearby Beskydy landscape allows for year-round sports activities, for example, the Řeka ski area or ski trails at Javorový vrch are nearby, and the surroundings are crossed by hiking and bike trails.
