This unique burgher house from 1804, after a complete and sensitive reconstruction, stands on the edge of a historic town surrounded by the beautiful landscape of the Lusatian Mountains PLA. The offer also includes large surrounding building plots with a total area of ​​over 3,000 sq m.

The building is insulated, heated by a gas combined boiler with a preparation for a fireplace insert with an exchanger. The new wooden windows include hand-forged bars; ceilings are antique wooden, hand-painted. The floors are original plank and stone, with tiles and floating floors in some rooms. The solid wood kitchen has built-in AEG appliances. The property is connected to the municipal water supply, sewerage, gas, and electricity. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden with mature trees. Cobblestones in the yard form a sun-shaped mosaic. The historical water well can be connected to the house.

The town of Kamenický Šenov was founded by Lusatian Serbs and, in the past, it was an important glass-making center. There is still a glass school in town. Next to the house stands the town's main feature - the Baroque Church of the Birth of St. J. Baptist. A few steps away, there is a kindergarten, an elementary school, and a playground. Grocery stores, a pharmacy, a bank, a post office, several restaurants, a patisserie, a library, or a cinema are nearby. There is a bike and a hiking trail near the house, which leads to the highest peak of Šenovský Vrch Hill. The location has a good bus connection to the surrounding towns, the journey to Nový Bor takes 13 minutes, to Děčín and Česká Lípa - half an hour. Prague is about 1.5 hours away by car.
