The restaurant and professional kitchen are fully equipped; 300-year-old beams were used to create dining tables and chairs. The stone steps and portals come from the original monastery.
There is a high standard moisture management system and a wide drying duct was built, used as a cellar for cooling drinks. The basement is equipped with high-performance air-conditioning. Water is from the municipal water supply, utility water from its own well; waste is drained into the sewer. Electric DHW boiler heating. Boiler rooms for the operating and residential part are separate. The building is guarded by a security system. In front of the house is a yard with a parking area that is reinforced with granite cubes from local quarries. The multi-level garden is divided by terraces with stone hand-made walls.
