The house has airy common spaces (80 sq. m.), and there is outdoor seating in the spacious front garden. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom, which includes a shower or bathtub and a toilet. The house has a complete basement, and part of the building is surrounded by a terrace on which there is a barbecue. In total, accommodation is offered for up to 21 people. The spacious land (120 sq. m.) is large to enough to easily extend the living area, former stables and cellars offer further potential for development—a wine cellar can be created here. The property includes an adjacent plot (340 sq. m.) that can be used as a parking lot.

The complete reconstruction took place about 15 years ago. The primary source of heat is central heating. The cottage has retained certain original features such as casement windows, a tiled stove and fireplace, or exposed beams. A well is used for water, and waste is diverted into a sump.

An exceptional sunny position with amazing views of a valley. The location rich in history is surrounded by a beautiful landscape and is an ideal destination for lovers of history and active recreation. Among the most famous attractions is Kašperk Castle, after which the city is named. The Šumava region offers various possibilities for hiking, biking, and skiing.
