In Dolní Břežany, with an excellent infrastructure, there is a private kindergarten, elementary school, and high school, the Da Vinci School, as well as a state kindergarten and elementary school (a 10-minute walk from the building), a primary school, several restaurants, a supermarket and other shops, a cafe, a post office, and a swimming pool. The surrounding area offers many hiking and bike routes. Transport connections are provided by bus lines; it is possible to reach the Kačerov metro station in about 20 minutes by suburban bus.
