This 3-story 16th-century stone house with an authentic atmosphere, air-conditioning, unobstructed views of the turquoise sea, and accessible from a semi-private beach is set in the picturesque fishing village of Pisak on the Omis Riviera.

The ground floor consists of a common room with a kitchen and access to the garden, a toilet, and a laundry room. On the 1st floor, there is a spacious living room with a kitchen, 1 bedroom, a bathroom, and a staircase leading to the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom.

The house was sensitively renovated in 2018. Double stone walls protect the house in the winter from the rain and wind and in summer from tropical temperatures. The building is equipped with its own solar collectors and air-conditioning. Carefully selected varieties of trees that correspond to the local environment grow in the garden and provide shade for a nice sitting area and barbecue spot. Parking is available on rented land (possibility to purchase).

A few steps down a flight of stairs leads to a semi-private rocky beach, and only a hundred meters away is a public sandy beach. Restaurants, a marina, and grocery stores are within walking distance. A renowned tourist resort with beautiful beaches is situated on the mainland opposite the island of Brač, and nearby is a popular diving destination. From here, you can get to many natural monuments, such as the canyon of the Cetina River or the Imotská lakes. The journey from Prague is about 1,000 km long; the nearest airport is in Split.
