This green oasis that merges with the Drahaň-Troja nature park has a low level of development and is perched high above the busy center of Prague while at the same time within easy reach of it—the ride from the nearby tram stop to the city center takes only 10 minutes, to the Nádraží Holešovice or Kobylisy metro stations even less. The drive to the Blanka tunnel complex or to the main road is similarly fast. It is a few minutes' walk to a kindergarten and elementary school; nearby, there is a supermarket, a farmers' market, a pharmacy, and other services.
