Interior rebateless doors with raised thresholds and hidden hinges are made of solid wood. The wellness area has a cedar ceiling. The optimal temperature is ensured by ceiling cooling, and the supply of fresh air by recuperation. Gas heating. The house is protected by a security and camera system. The garden is adapted for comfortable, undisturbed leisure time; thanks to the mature trees and the advantages of the sloping terrain, it provides perfect privacy. Rainwater from a retention tank is used for irrigation.
