The gated Golf Hostivař residential project offers safe, modern, and comfortable living right next to a nine-hole course and not far from a forest park, a dam, and a full spectrum of civic amenities.

The two-story house has 4-bedroom layout. The house is situated in a nice place off of the main street, right by the golf course. There are several supermarkets and restaurants nearby, and a kindergarten and elementary school, tennis courts, and a swimming pool are also within walking distance. A bus stop with many connections is about 400 meters away, and you can get to the Hostivař Forest Park in no time by bike or on foot.
