Project The architectural design of the building by the Archispace studio reflects the local brick-burning tradition, while at the same time emphasizing the use of energy-efficient materials and a high amount of greenery that improves the climate in the apartments, on the balconies, loggias, terraces, and front gardens. Cafes and shops will be available to residents directly within the project. Other services, the town's historic core, and the recreational area on the banks of Svět Pond are within easy walking distance. Units The project consists of a total of 56 residential units and 15 studios with layouts ranging from studio to 3-bedroom and floor areas of 28–120 sq. m.
