The houses can also be handed over in a shell & core state, allowing them to be finished according to your own ideas.
Houses Clients can choose between a family house with a 4-bedroom layout, or half of a semi-detached house with a 3-bedroom or 2-bedroom layout. Each house will have 2-4 parking spaces. New buildings with a modern minimalist and sustainable concept will offer a refined interior design and premium technologies, while a PENB A rating will ensure low operating costs. Underfloor heating will be provided by electric boilers using photovoltaic panels. Location Ptice is a small, dynamically developing village with a long history of settlement. It is located in the district of Prague-West, in a nice landscape near the Křivoklátsko and Czech karst protected areas. The surroundings are rich in natural beauty, hiking trails, and bike paths. The village has a kindergarten, a grocery store, and several sports facilities, such as a football pitch, tennis courts, and a children's playground. Fishing on the local pond is also a popular activity here, and there is an equestrian center with the possibility of stables right in the village. The village is located between the D5 and D6 highways, about a 20-minute drive from the airport. The suburban bus connection to the Zličín metro station is excellent, and a stop is located only a short distance from the project.
