The architect of the project aimed to get as close as possible to the original form while at the same time reinterpreting it in a new way. The first phase of the entire project replicates the appearance of the historic building, adding a touch of modernity and functionality. The original stone plinths of the buildings from the second and third phase of the project are transformed into solid concrete bases that will transition into dark wood panelling rising up to the rustic inlaid gables. In all the buildings in the project, emphasis is on blending naturally into the surrounding mountain landscape, yet creating facilities for comfortableliving.
Apartments In the "People's House." there will be 7 two-bedroom residential units and 1 retail unit. The floor areas of the apartments range from approx. 60 to approx. 90 m2. In the second stage, a modern building "Centrum" will be created, which will offer 9 apartments, retail space, common areas for residents and basements. Selected units will come with a terrace or frontgarden. Apartment owners will enjoy outside or underground parking spaces and a large green area by the Nisa River. In the final stage of the project, 2 luxury chalets will be added, each equipped with its own relaxation and wellness area and terrace.
