The Austrian Griffner company focuses on design, quality, the environment, comfort, and a unique atmosphere in its projects. A comfortable indoor temperature is ensured by breathable building materials such as wood, cork, and wood fibers. The apartment building offers 2 units (a 75 m2 1-bedroom and a 115 m2 2-bedroom) with terraces and a private garden on the ground floor, and a 100 m2 penthouse with a 130 m2 terrace on the 1st floor. The newly emerging residential district provides peace, easy access to services, and above all, the proximity of a popular golf club.
All of the apartments are completely finished. The facilities include Admonter brushed oak floors, glass interior doors and insulated fire entrance doors, high-tech ceiling biomechanic air conditioning, and an Italian kitchen on the top floor. It is possible to keep the designer light fixtures in the interior. The units have large-format aluminum windows with triple-glazed panes shielded by outdoor electric blinds, high-tech ceiling biomechanic air conditioning, electric underfloor heating (thermostats in all rooms), and a security system. Geberit, Rako, and Hansgrohe sanitary ware, hot water is provided by a boiler (a pump may be added). Parking is available under a shelter and on the plot.
Shops, restaurants, and other services are gradually increasing in the newly created residential area. A very quiet location 15 minutes away from Prague, it is primarily interesting for its golf opportunities: the renowned Albatross resort, which meets EGA standards and organizes international tournaments, is right next to the house. There are basic urban amenities, such as a post office, a restaurant, or a kindergarten and elementary school. The ride to the Zličín metro station (line B) takes less than half an hour by suburban bus. The D5 highway is 3 minutes away by car.
