The Italská 8 Residence is an architectural gem built at the beginning of the 20th century that has been sensitively renovated with first-class modern materials of the 21st century. About the project
The building on Italská Street was built at the beginning of the 20th century by the famous architect Antonín Hubáček, whose most famous work is Grandhotel Praha in Jičín. Once its careful reconstruction is complete, the apartment building on Italská Street will offer comfortable apartments that meet today's high demands for quality living.

The residential project contains a total of 25 residential units with layouts ranging from one-bedroom to two-bedroom and floor areas from ​​approx. 54 sq. m. to 65 sq. m., and one over 120 sq. m. attic apartment. Some of the apartments will come with a terrace, balcony, or loggia that may face a quiet green courtyard. The apartments will be finished to one of three standards: Modern Black, Modern White, or Vintage. The equipment will include oak floors, Graniti Fiandre tiles, Grohe and Laufen sanitary ware, and lacquered interior doors. Heating will be provided by electric boilers. The units will come with a cellar.

The residence is located in the elegant district of Vinohrady near the Church of St. Ludmila or Na Vinohradech Theater. The area is full of cafes, bistros and restaurants, shops, and establishments. The strategic, easily accessible location is close to two line A metro stations (Náměstí Míru and Muzeum) and one line C station (I. P. Pavlova).
