About the Project
When designing the timeless building with a gabled roof and brick façade, the architect focused primarily on the comfort of its future residents. The project will offer 22 apartments and 1 studio unit, common areas with an elegant entrance lobby with a reception, a conference room, and a first-class wellness area, where is a stainless steel pool with a fitness countercurrent, a Jacuzzi, and a Finnish sauna with access to a private terrace. The garden has several covered terraces with seating areas; future owners will also be able to use a private beach with a club room. There is a ski/bike storage room guarded by a security camera.

Apartments
Each apartment has views of the lake; more than half of the units are extended by a terrace or loggia. Floor areas range from 33 sq. m. to 120 sq. m. Emphasis was placed on uncompromising mutual soundproofing between the individual apartments. The quality standard of the facilities includes insulated triple-glazed aluminum windows with exterior aluminum blinds or shutters, oak floors, and a preparation for cooling as well as a smart home system, ceramic tiles, and Grohe and Laufen sanitary ware in the bathrooms. Eco-friendly underfloor heating is provided by 16 geothermal wells that are 150 meters deep. In addition, the units can be completed by an architect according to the client's requirements. Location
Černá v Pošumaví is part of the Šumava Protected Landscape Area and is located at the widest point of the Lipno reservoir. In the vicinity, you can visit the Treetop Trail, bike park, family off-road bike trail, rope park, water park, bobsled track, and many other attractions.
