We will tailor property viewings to your requirements and will also provide you with professional assistance throughout every step of the rental process from drafting a rental agreement through the handover of the property to home insurance. In order to make your move to Prague as comfortable as possible, you can take advantage of our expert relocation services. We offer tenants the following services:

• Active property search based on the client's demands across the real estate market, including listings from other agencies
• Property viewings at the client's convenience
• Consultation on the best practices for tenants
• Negotiating the rental agreement and its terms in Czech and English
• Assembling the required documents (ownership title and other agreement attachments)
• Handover – completing the handover protocol, recording the meter readings, detailed photographs of the subject of the rental agreement, etc.
• Assistance with hooking up a telephone and Internet connection
• Procuring household insurance
• Our offer of relocation services through our relocation partner (e.g., finding the right school, applying for visas, or help with residency permits)
• Continuous follow-up assistance throughout rental term as needed
