We offer property management services for apartment units, buildings, and non-residential premises.

Our priority is the maximum occupancy of your property by solvent and orderly tenants. We negotiate ideal lease terms, and turn your unoccupied spaces into a constant income stream.

We also provide technical support that includes both routine and professional maintenance, the optimization of operating costs, and keeping a record of revisions. Another service we offer is non-stop elevator rescue. Our property management services include gardening and cleaning, both regularly or as needed. We provide our clients with comprehensive economic management and bookkeeping services in accordance with applicable laws and standards, and we will review existing financial flows in order to set advances appropriately. If needed, we can arrange legal assistance or representation for meetings and negotiations with local authorities and service providers. We are also able to provide complete project management of buildings from the initial price consultation, through contractual and banking supervision, to the preparation of OSH and fire protection measures and getting the building ready for use.

    We offer a wide range of property management services for apartment owners.

    We can transform your unoccupied apartment into a constant income stream and save you the time and effort that goes into properly managing your property. In addition to basic technical management and maintenance, we will also handle the handover and takeover of the unit as well as all official and administrative requirements, the transfer of utilities, and advance payments for services.

  • Property management includes

    • Maintaining a client account to record payments received from the tenant

    Owners of family houses can also rely on Svoboda & Williams’ property management team.

    Keeping a home up and running entails many specific tasks, especially when it comes to technical management. In addition to basic technical maintenance and management, we can optimize the property’s insurance policy and take care of insurance claims, ensure that deposits are set up correctly, keep a record of technologies and equipment, and help with the transition to a smart home. Everything is done in order to turn the property into a reliable source of income.

    Our property management and maintenance services can also be used by apartment owners associations.

    We will handle all the necessary paperwork and tasks to ensure that the property is run smoothly (organizing meetings, optimizing statutes, preparing documents), provide technical and economic management, and communicate with suppliers.

    You can contact us to discuss our property management services even if your residential project is still in the early stages of its development. This way, you can be sure that it will be filled with reliable residents, while leaving up to us any necessary communication with them.

    We will also establish an apartment owners association (including the notarized record), take care of commissioning (making sure that the building and its equipment operates as intended), and provide the necessary service contracts so that everything runs smoothly. For apartment owners associations, we can handle all administrative matters to ensure the problem-free running of the property, provide technical and economic management, and communicate with suppliers.
