I would like to state that the reception staff were extremely helpful and the location was everything that I wanted. I would also like to particularly commend the driver who picked us up from the airport as our flight was delayed due to a problem with the aircraft and we arrived over 2 hours late to find him still waiting. It was such a surprise but extremely welcome as we were wondering what we would do. Overall we thought Prague was a beautiful city and we enjoyed our stay there. Best wishes.
