Prokop Svoboda for EURO TV: Demand for "Green Housing" On the Rise

Apart from the current situation in the real estate market, the interview tackled Svoboda's beginnings in the real estate business, the Home Care (Domácí péče) movie, co-produced by Svoboda & Williams, and the “green housing” trend which sees developers of projects which target higher-income clientele, offer urban, environmentally friendly housing that is surrounded by greenery. Svoboda further emphasized the rapid growth of the industrial property segment which is boosted by the strategic location of the Czech Republic within the Central European region as well as by the qualified local work force. The full capacity of the Czech Republic as an industrial and logistic superpower is nevertheless currently prevented by the local insufficiently developed infrastructure.
