The seminar will be held on June 30, 2016 from 10 a.m. at the headquarters of Svoboda & Williams (Na Perštýně 2, Prague 1). During the seminar you will receive detailed information about this interesting investment opportunity with a presumed annual profit of 7%. Those who have taken advantage of the opportunity to invest in the prosperous sector of Central European industrial properties via the Accolade qualifying investor fund include Jan Holásek, one of the founding members of the Havel, Holásek & Partners law firm, Michal Petrman, the former head of the Czech branch of Deloitte, and Prokop Svoboda, the co-owner of the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency. The total value of the fund portfolio currently exceeds 68 million euros.
The Accolade fund of qualifying investors is under the supervision of Alterdomus, one of the largest European fund administrators, and is regularly audited by KPMG. It invests only in first-class industrial properties, which are leased long term to creditworthy companies from the light industry and logistics sectors.
