The foundations for the Barrandov Garden residential project have been successfully finalized, construction of the overground part of the building is currently under way. The project will offer stylish apartments in a new low-energy building surrounded by a spacious, terraced garden with full-grown trees. The exclusive seller of apartment units in this residence is the Svoboda & Williams real estate company.
The Barrandov Garden residential project will consist of design apartments with terraces and breathtaking views of the Vltava River valley. The units will feature one-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts and interior sizes ranging from 42 all the way up to 166 m2. They are situated in an architecturally sleek residence with an elegant entrance hall and an underground parking system.
